Can You Hear The Dubai Property Real Estate Bulls Roar?

Our Dubai real estate company really did not know how to react to the survey conducted by Jones Lang LaSalle and Cityscape Dubai. Professing to be the first such survey held on the real estate market in the Asia Pacific region, the Investor Sentiment Survey is basically a detailed study of different real estate professionals’ view of the market.

According to this study, investors are positive that the Dubai, U.A.E. real estate market along with the Saudi market will come out as the best performers in the region. This view was reiterated by at least 50 percent of market honchos.

But the Dubai real estate consultants at MEREC Dubai ask what is the actual benefit of such a survey? Is it simply making good on the old saying ‘any news is good news’?

As an investor in the Dubai property sale market it is important that you remember that the U.A.E. property market is influenced a lot by global markets. However local real estate may be in nature, a financial situation like the one currently ruling the roost, can hold a lot of weight.

Of course, this survey does hold some good news for the long-term investor looking to buy properties in Dubai though. For this group of investors, the best way to get the most out of a Dubai property sale is to apply for the services of a more-than-competent real estate company in Dubai.

MEREC Dubai possesses a highly analytical and thorough team of Dubai real estate consultants. We keep a watch on the market so that you get a better Dubai real estate property deal.
